Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FieldStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

FieldStack is a cloud-based field service management platform for home service franchise businesses. We provide scheduling, CRM, invoicing, payroll, recruitment, and compliance tools via subscription.

3. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operation
• Resell or sublicense the platform without our written consent

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into FieldStack. We process your data only to provide the service. You can export your data at any time. On account closure, your data is deleted within 90 days.

6. Uptime and support

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime. Support is provided by email during UK business hours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldStack's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your access ends immediately and your data is scheduled for deletion.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
